Hahn Founders Pinot Noir V23 750ML
Our 2023 Pinot Noir offers a bright bouquet of Bing and dark cherry and ripe strawberry underscored by subtle hints of toasted oak and vanilla. The mouthfeel is silky with delicate notes of raspberry and a touch of earthiness on the long finish. <br><br> We harvested the grapes for this wine at optimum ripeness, then used warm fermentation 88°-92°F to create intense flavor concentration, rich color and velvety tannins. Post fermentation, the wine was aged to add complexity and balance
Hahn Founders Cabernet Sauvignon V23 750ML
Our 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold red wine with rich notes of raspberry and blackberry framed by toasted oak and vanilla bean. The mouthfeel is graceful and silky. Layers of dark cherry and currants stay pronounced through the long, balanced finish with hints of peppercorn and crushed spice.<br><br>The grapes for this wine were harvested at optimum ripeness. To create a rich flavor profile with a silky mouthfeel, we used warm fermentation 88°-92°F. Post fermentation, the wine was aged on oak to add complexity and balance
Hahn Founders Chardonnay V23 750ML
Our 2023 Chardonnay is a bright white wine with hints of tropical fruit a whisper of toasted oak and toffee. Aromas of banana and lemongrass meet layers of crisp apple and pear. The finish is clean with a touch of Meyer lemon zest. <br><br>The grapes for this wine were harvested at optimum ripeness. To create vibrant flavor characteristics, we conducted fermentation at low- to moderate temperatures from 55°-62°F with carefully selected aromatic yeast. Post fermentation, the wine was stored in stainless steel tanks to preserve brightness and balance.

Our 2021 Hahn Founders Merlot expresses aromas of black cherry, red ripe plum, with hints of vanilla and spice. The palate mimics those fruits with a touch of blackberry, mocha and velvety tannins, while a rich and luscious mouthfeel tie the whole package together
