Tasting Notes: Our 2022 Appellation Series Pinot Noir is from Coastal California. Aromas of black cherry compote and toasted vanilla rise from the glass. Layers of raspberry and plum add dimension to the wine with a silkiness on the palate. Underlying notes of earthy flavor characteristics persist through the finish.
Winemaking Notes: The grapes for this wine were grown in the Arroyo Seco appellation of Monterey County on the California Coast. Cool winds rolling off Monterey Bay surround the vineyards, allowing the grapes a long, gradual ripening to develop flavor concentration.
Food Pairings: Grilled Ribeye Steak, Pork Chops with Brown Butter, Tomato Basil Soup, Orzo Salad. View Recipes.
