Pinot Noir grapes are hand-picked and gently whole cluster pressed. This wine is slowly fermented at cold temperatures to preserve beautiful fruit aromatics and restrict malolactic fermentation from progressing. Racked after primary fermentation and aged in stainless steel prior to bottling.
