Tasting Notes
Bright aromas of orange blossom, green apple, lime zest and hints of honey. With great balance of fresh fruit and bright minerality, the flavors mirror the aromas along with crisp acidity and great viscosity. The palate is lively and exhibits a round mouthfeel, balanced acidity and a delightfully invigorating finish.

Riesling, like Pinot Noir, is highly influenced by the terroir of its planting site and excels in cool climates such as Santa Lucia Highlands. After harvest, the grapes for this wine were gently pressed and the juice was racked into stainless steel tanks for fermentation. A small amount of residual sugar was purposefully left in the finished wine to enhance the texture and balance any tartness on the finish.
