Beautiful salmon pink in color, this Rosé of Pinot Noir bursts with aromas of juicy strawberry, rose petals and citrus blossom with a little character of apricot and orange peel. Lively acidity further highlights flavors of strawberry and rhubarb, which are complemented with clean mineral notes on a lingering bright finish.

Pinot Noir grapes were harvested during the cool morning hours to ensure they arrive at the winery in pristine condition. Whole clusters were sent direct to press for a gentle pressing cycle to achieve a little color extraction and minimize tannins. The wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures to preserve freshness. Only free-run juice was used for this blend to ensure the purest expression of the fruit, vibrant aromatics and finest texture.
