This elegant wine presents with expressive and complex aromatics of citrus peel, white peaches and fresh cut pear. Pinot Gris grapes are hand harvested in the cool morning hours and brought to the winery. To preserve this wine’s delicacy, the grapes are sent direct to press and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks for 18 days. The cooler fermentation temperatures help highlight softer aromatics and maintain the wine’s clean flavor profile.
