This wine displays aromas of blueberry and blackberry with accents of vanilla and white pepper. Full-bodied with great tannic concentration on the palate, further flavors of dark berry and dried currant are supported by hints of vanilla and spice.

Harvested in early October, the grapes were carefully picked and sorted and then fermented in 100% stainless steel tanks with manual pump
overs twice a day to ensure color and extraction without losing aromatic components. After fermentation, the grapes were gently pressed and transferred to French oak barrels to age for 18 months.
