Harvested in October, the fruit for this wine was carefully picked and sorted and then fermented in open top stainless steel tanks with manual pump overs to ensure color and extraction without losing aromatic components. After fermentation, the grapes were gently pressed and transferred to French oak barrels to age for 16 months. The blend from the Grenache (72%), Petite Sirah (14%), and Syrah (14%) make for a full-bodied, perfectly balanced wine.
