Tasting Notes
Red ruby in color, the wine opens up in the glass with bursting aromas of strawberry and cherry followed by nuances of pepper and spices. Flavors of juicy strawberry, crushed cherry and delicate white pepper notes are further supported by soft tannins and balanced acidity on a lingering finish.

After the fruit was harvested in cool morning and brought to the winery, it was fermented on the skins in stainless steel tanks for 10 days with manual pump overs twice a day. The wine was then pressed off and racked into a selection of small 60-gallon French oak barrels to age for 14 months.
