Tasting Notes
Aromas of cherry, cranberry and blueberry are followed by subtle hints of toasted cedar, vanilla and baking spice. The palate is rich and full-bodied, bursting with flavors of red and black cherry and cranberry, wrapped in intense, yet silky tannins and finishing with notes of toasty oak and a touch of tobacco leaf and fall spices.

Hand-harvested in the early morning, fruit was delivered to the winery, destemmed and sorted. The wine was fermented on the skins in small open-top stainless steel fermenters. The lots were then individually pressed off and settled before transferring into French oak barrels, where the wine was aged for 18 months.
