The grapes for this wine were grown primarily in our estate Lone Oak Vineyard, which sits at the northern end of the Santa Lucia Highlands appellation and is cooled by ocean breezes from the Monterey Bay. Morning fog lingers here while the wind picks up in the afternoon. These unique conditions lead to a long, cool growing season that allows for perfect ripening of the Chardonnay, creating well-balanced, flavorful wines.
