Tasting Notes
Lively and crisp, with vibrant notes of pineapple and lemon peel. The fruit lifts through the mid-palate to really bring forth citrus and tropical notes. The hint of butterscotch and a lingering kiss of toasted oak on the finish are just enough to please those who like oak heavy Chardonnays.

Harvested from the Lone Oak and Ste. Philippe vineyards, the fruit was hand-picked in the early morning and brought to the winery for sorting. The whole clusters were sent direct to press. The wine was entirely barrel fermented and hand-stirred on lees every three weeks as it was left for aging for 13 months in 20% new French Oak barrels.
