Densely packed and lively, offering fresh citrus and orchard fruit flavors and a refreshing jolt of bitter quinine. Our 2013 Lucienne Lone Oak Chardonnay was grown entirely in our Lone Oak Vineyard in the Santa Lucia Highlands. We have planted 96 acres of Chardonnay at this site, which experiences the strongest maritime influence of all of our estate vineyards. This cooler climate slows down ripening, allowing the grapes to hang on the vine longer. The result is a wine with great depth and complexity.
