If you need assistance with your order, whether that be navigating the compliance restrictions, rerouting to a new address, or simply deciding on the safest carrier option, we are here to help! Please contact us at (831) 261-8022 or info@hahnfamilywines.com.

Temperature Advisory

During hot weather (85 degrees and above) and cold weather (30 degrees and below), there is a chance wine can be damaged during transit. We have several shipping options available to ensure your wine arrives in optimal condition, including added CoolPacks, refrigerated freight, and expedited Next Day or 2nd Day Air service. The available options in your area will display during checkout.

At Hahn Family Wines, we make every effort to protect your purchase. We regularly monitor the weather throughout the country and do not ship during times of extreme temperatures unless temperature-controlled options are selected. Please keep in mind that this may result in a delay in receiving your wines.
