Direct Shipping States
By law we can only ship wine to the following states: AL, AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, KS, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY
Be Ready to Receive your Wine
Please note you must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine. All wine shipments must be signed for by an adult (21+ years). We recommend shipping to an address where there is an adult present 9am-5pm, Monday - Friday.
Orders leave our fulfillment facility in California daily (Monday – Friday).
Orders placed before midday PST will ship the same day.
- Our couriers will make three delivery attempts before the package is returned to us
- Wine cannot be shipped to a PO Box or APO/FPO
- Tax varies by address

During hot weather (85 degrees and above) and cold weather (30 degrees and below), there is a chance wine can be damaged during transit. We have several shipping options available to ensure your wine arrives in optimal condition, including added CoolPacks, temperature controlled freight, and expedited Next Day or 2nd Day Air service. The available options in your area will display during checkout.
Temperature Controlled Shipping
Temperature controlled shipping is recommended for the following States: CT, DC, FL, GA, IA, IL, KS, ME, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WI, WV.
Temperature controlled shipping typically delivers within 4 to 8 days.
Orders depart every Friday.
Orders must be submitted by 12pm the day before departure.
Shipping to AZ, AL, FL, GA, & TX is only available through FedEx.
Shipping to CT, IA, IL, KS, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NY, PA, SD, SC, TN, VA, VT, WI & WV is available through UPS or FedEx.
Default shipping via regular ground shipping with FedEx or UPS is available when the weather is less extreme. This is the typical shipping logistic for most of the year. Ground shipping with ice packs will be the default during the summer months. All orders shipped via ground within California should arrive within 1 to 2 business days.
Expedited shipping via 2nd Day shipping with FedEx or UPS is available when the weather is less extreme.
Available to all states, except for Hawaii and Alaska. Not required for California.
Shipping rates are based on the overall package weight and delivery destination. You will see the total shipping charges and shipping options at checkout.

*Holiday Shipping Advisory: Please note that carriers are expected to experience delays throughout the holiday season. We recommend you order early and choose expedited shipping as deadlines approach. Delivery deadlines are deemed reliable but not guaranteed.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you when the courier collects your package from us. In the process of delivery, you may be notified of each failed attempt. If you would like to arrange a redirect, contact customer service after the first attempt, otherwise you may be charged for returned shipment.

Returns & Refunds
In the rare instance that your wine is damaged in transit, please inform customers services immediately, with a photograph of the issue and to arrange a replacement.

General Shipping Overview
All packages will originate from California. Wine is shipped via UPS or FedEx and will leave our warehouse typically within 48 hours (times may vary when using temperature controlled shipping which always dispatch on a Friday). We will do our utmost to offer a range of shipping options to best protect your wine package. Please be sure to select the option that works best for you to protect your purchase. If you package will travel through states that experience extreme temperatures, consider temperature controlled shipping or adding an ice-pack to your order. Customers will receive an email notifying them of shipment details and tracking numbers when the courier collects their package.

We regularly monitor the weather throughout the country and do not ship during times of extreme temperatures unless temperature controlled options are selected.
